In the Elements panel, click Text Block, then drag and drop it into the container where you want to place regular text. A Text Block is meant for normal content such as paragraphs, notes, or explanations — not for structural titles.

Click inside the placeholder and type your content. Use a Text Block for normal paragraphs, descriptions, notes, or labels — content that supports your page but does not need to be part of the heading hierarchy for SEO.

Adjust the Margin Bottom setting to control the spacing below the Text Block so it flows well with nearby headings and other content. This helps keep your layout clean and readable.
