1. Introduction

Welcome to Ourdemy platform (“Platform”)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online platform, services, and products (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional policies or guidelines that may apply.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

In no event shall the Platform, its affiliates, or their respective employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Platform and any content you upload, post, or transmit.

This obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
